The Curated Plate will see delectable experiences take place across the Sunshine Coast’s hinterland, rainforest and beaches from 5 – 18 August. With bucket-list events showcasing local produce prepared by national and international chefs across some of the region’s most iconic locations, including a custom-built Restaurant on Mooloolaba Beach, Spicers Tamarind Retreat, Weddings at Tiffany’s, Yandina Station and Hinterland Feijoas.
The Curated Plate Restaurant on Mooloolaba Beach, south of the Mooloolaba Surf Club, will host a range of fine dining experiences from 8-11 August. Events include Good Food presents Seasonal Stars, Good Food presents Wild Forage Dining (SOLD OUT), A Regional Evolution and Urban List presents The Elements Long Lunch. Tickets are selling fast!
The Culinary Collective sees local chefs collaborating with interstate and intrastate chefs creating one-off menus with a unique twist at local restaurants Spice Bar, Harry’s on Buderim, Brouhaha Brewery, Tides Waterfront Dining and The Long Apron.
The Food Fair at Cotton Tree Park showcasing a wide variety of local producers and eateries, masterclasses for kids and adults, cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs and live musical entertainment. And an extended program of activity-led local experiences spanning the region, specifically curated and hosted by local restaurants, producers and businesses.
