Australia’s Most Exciting New Culinary Festival
The Curated Plate is a new food festival on the Sunshine Coast from 5-18 August, featuring the best chefs from Australia and around the world. Celebrating the relationship between chef and producer, in the picturesque surrounds of a region famed for its vibrant produce, The Curated Plate encourages guests to immerse themselves in the flavours foraged from organic and sustainable practices and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.
The debut program welcomes international guest chefs Raymond Blanc OBE (UK), Zaiyu Hasegawa (Japan), Monique Fiso (New Zealand) alongside Australian-based talent Peter Gilmore, Analiese Gregory, Clayton Wells, Matt Stone, Chase Kojima, Darren Robertson, Alanna Sapwell, Nelly Robinson, Troy Rhoades-Brown plus several more talented local chefs, foragers and producers.
The Food Fair at Cotton Tree Park
The Food Fair at Cotton Tree Park, Maroochydore, is a three day food festival, featuring hands on masterclasses, cooking demonstrations and talks from interstate and local guest chefs, showcasing the world-class produce that hails from the Sunshine Coast. The Curated Plate Restaurant on Mooloolaba Beach
Built exclusively for The Curated Plate, the custom-built coastal chic Restaurant on Mooloolaba Beach is hosting a range of fine dining and fun dining experiences from 8-11 August, and is the closest restaurant you can get to the Pacific Ocean, making these events the hottest tickets in town.
