Chase Kojima of Sydney’s Sokyo joins Spice Bar in the kitchen to create this one-off seafood extravaganza, proudly supported by Walker Seafoods Australia.
Chase has headed up kitchens all over the world for the iconic Nobu restaurant group, before opening one of Sydney’s premier Japanese-influenced fine dining restaurants, Sokyo. The duo not only aim to create a delicious feast but also educate diners on sustainable seafood practices, the importance of buying sustainable seafood and the effect it has on our local marine environment.
