This is a magnificent event that truly puts the wild produce of the Sunshine Coast in the spotlight. Join Japan’s Zaiyu Hasegawa, whose restaurant Den was voted Best Restaurant in Japan (Asia 50 Best Restaurants 2018), Chase Kojima of Sydney’s premium Japanese-inspired hatted restaurant Sokyo & the Gold Coast’s Kiyomi, and Matt Stone, joint executive chef of Yarra Valley’s stunning hatted Oakridge Estate restaurant, as they prepare an incredible four-course dinner using the best locally sourced ingredients.
You’re invited to dine on an exquisitely prepared a four-course menu held at the custom-built Curated Plate Restaurant on Mooloolaba Beach.

Meet the Chefs and Hosts
This event is strictly 18+. Entry will not be permitted to guests under 18 years of age. Attendees must carry with them valid photo ID as proof of age and will be required to present this upon entry.
Please note that seating at this event will be at share tables and seating allocations will be advised at the event. If you plan on attending this event with friends who are booking tickets separately, please notify us at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
