She regularly hosts numerous food events with chefs including Heston Blumenthal, Massimo Bottura, The Curated Plate’s Peter Gilmore and  Nigella Lawson. Her ‘sea-change’ to Byron Bay invigorated her interest in finding a more hands-on and natural approach to exploring and enjoying the good things in life, such as food, travel, wine, fashion and all aspects of wellbeing. Inspired by the seasons and driven by respect for nature, she is also an enthusiastic advocate for all that is sustainable, artisanal, ethical and natural.

Magdalena is also a talented MC having hosted large and prestigious functions, and The Curated Plate is delighted to have her! Passionate about the environment, Magdalena is an ambassador for Earth Hour, Planet Ark and RSPCA’s ‘Set A Sister Free’ campaign. She has also been an active ambassador for cancer charity Redkite for over 6 years. Magdalena, and partner Darren Robertson, recently welcomed their adorable son Archie into the world, adding ‘motherhood’ to her long list of jobs.
