After his tenure as head chef at Brisbane’s Era Bistro and Asana by Pete Evans, Josh and his family relocated to South Australia to help open and run the Line and Label restaurant at Peter Teakle Wines in Port Lincoln. After more than two years on the Eyre Peninsula Harris and his faily moved back to Queensland to pursue the next chapter of their lives.
Josh brings his passion for seafood and Asian ingredients to Spice Bar and is looking to reinvigorate Spice Bar’s dining experience and looks forward to working with the amazing local produce available on the Coast.
