Spirit House head chef Aaron Tucker began his kitchen journey on the Sunshine Coast, working mostly at 5 star hotels. He then moved to London to gain more experience and further his career. After a couple of years working and traveling through Europe, Aaron returned to Hastings street and worked at Noosa Beach House Peter Kuruvita for 5 years before joining Spirit House.
Aaron first stepped into a kitchen during high school and hasn’t wanted to be anywhere else since. He describes his style as fresh and not over complicated, featuring lots of fresh herbs, spices & big flavours.
Since taking on the role of head chef at Spirit House in early 2018 Aaron has certainly put his mark on the menu, retaining the Australian Good Food Guide one chefs hat award which Spirit House has held since 2007.
